Jordan, 19, who played youth cricket for Scotland is the latest addition to our 1st XI squad and will make his debut in the match at the Riverside Park in the Top-of-Table ESCA Division 1 clash on Saturday versus Holy Cross CC. Just a few weeks ago Jordan scored 89* versus the same opposition so he'll be hoping to carry on that sort of form with the Glens.
1st XI Skipper Ian Dale commented; "As soon as we heard that Jordan had left Dunfermline Knights we knew he'd make a high quality addition to our 1st team squad which currently sit top of the ESCA Championship Table".
Jordan currently stands 4th in the ESCA batting rankings, just a few runs behind our very own 1st placed Chris Greaves. Jordan is an accomplished all-rounder and has also performed well with the ball this season, including figures of 5/40 versus Marchmont CC just a few weeks ago.
As well as making his ESCA debut for the Glens on Saturday; a quirk in the Forth Cricket Union fixture list also means Jordan will make a quick return to McKane Park to take on Dunfermline Knights on Sunday 24th June.
