Robbie who turns 20 this month is an all-rounder who played both U15 and U18 youth cricket with the Caledonian Academy and is an exciting addition to our playing squad for the 2013 season, which will be the clubs first outing in the CSL.

Upon confirming his switch today Robbie commented, "I am very happy to be joining Glenrothes Cricket Club in what are clearly very exciting times for the club. I'm looking forward to the challenge and hope I can contribute towards the ongoing forward momentum. It was a hard decision to leave Freuchie CC but I am confident I've made the correct decision and am really looking forward to getting started."

Glenrothes CC Chairman Eddie Gibbs added, "Being new to the CSL National League setup we were keen to give our 1st XI a boost; and with Robbie having played at this level already he's a fantastic addition. At only 20 he's still a youngster and will most certainly bring the average age of our squad down a wee bit."
